Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your SwappEx account and the personal data associated with it at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@amz-swappex.com from the email address you use to sign in to SwappEx — or include that account email in the message.
- Use the subject line “Delete my account”.
- We may contact you to confirm the request and verify ownership of the account.
Timeline
We handle account deletion requests within 30 days of verifying the request.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, phone).
- Your item listings and uploaded photos.
- Your messages and claim/handover records linked to your account.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information after deletion where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or audit purposes — for example, moderation audit logs, or records we are required to keep by law. Such data is kept only as long as necessary for those purposes and is not used to re-identify you for ordinary service use.
Note: if you contact us from a different email than your account email, please include your
account email so we can locate and verify the correct account.
